Position Overview

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for administering all training activities related to training documentation management within applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry practices.

  • Responsible for planning and executing essential daily and project-oriented activities related to training management systems, technologies and processes for the Allergan Branchburg site.

  • This role requires cross functional interaction and collaboration at all levels of the organization to apply best practices for overall training effectiveness and efficiency.


  • Training experience is required; training experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Human Tissue, or Biotech Industry is a plus.

  • Experience working with electronic Learning Management Systems is a plus.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.


  • BA or BS Degree, or equivalent experience
