Position Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for determining strategy and objectives to achieve the annual Breast Reconstruction revenue and working with a team of people to execute that strategy through key tactics, including 1) creating product marketing strategies with executable tactical plans, 2) developing and rolling out product positioning and messaging, 3) sales forecasting, 4) leading market research initiatives to gain customer insights that inform brand planning, 5) monitoring competitive activity and identifying customer needs, 6) designing and developing marketing collateral for both surgeon and patients in multiple media channels including e-marketing, 7) developing short and long range strategies for increased market share, penetration and expansion, 8) interfacing with direct sales force, plastic surgeons, and cross-functional partners, 9) working on direct to patient campaigns and promotions in the medical device marketplace.


  • At least 5 yrs Marketing & Sales experience (preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device industry)

  • Experience in marketing management

  • Demonstrated experience with development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions, working with physicians, and developing marketing tools

  • Ability to travel approximately 30%


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA preferred
