The Associate Director, Talent Management Europe has the responsibility to partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders in the Region to understand end-to-end Talent needs, inform the design of Global Talent programmes to reflect those needs, and implement programmes within the Region. The programs supported include Talent Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and My Allergan Career, among others.

This role also supports Talent Acquisition within the Region by assisting with the implementation of Talent Acquisition programs, processes and/or systems, and with recruitment of senior talent in Key Positions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner on theresearch, design and rollout of programmes that further our Bold Actions &create a high-performance workplace at Allergan.

  • Be a keystrategic partner to the business on all areas related to Talent needs in theRegion.

  • Prepare materialsto share with or facilitate sessions for Regional Leadership, with Countryleaders, and HR Colleagues.

  • FacilitateLearning / Development sessions in the Region for leadership team meetings asrequired.

  • Create &drive local programs, as needed, to support the success of our talent and toensure a healthy talent pipeline for the future of Allergan.

  • Successfulexecution of all Talent programs in the Region.

  • Collect& maintain data on top talent in Pharma in the Region and in otherindustries to ensure strength in our internal & external successionpipeline.

  • Supportany local projects in partnership with VP HR Commercial, International and theirdirect reports.

Skills/SpecificExperience Required:

  • Universitydegree, preferably Masters in a relevant subject

  • Proven ability topartner with senior leaders on their talent needs

  • Outstandingorganizational skills

  • Proficiency inproject management

  • Excellent verbal,written (email) communications skills

  • Ability to usedata and analysis to inform strategy & decisions

  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

  • Ability toproactively and effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional partners

  • Ability to managehighly confidential and urgent matters

  • Comfort inworking in a global organization
