Based in the Allergan International HQ in Marlow, the job holder will provide financial support to International G&A leaders taking a role in driving the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for International G&A; managing the International office cost centres and ensuring high quality outputs are submitted to Corporate. The role will also involve some ad hoc reporting and analysis.

The role will provide a great opportunity for part-qualified candidates to take the next step in their career in a role that provides excellent training and development with good career progression. The person will get the opportunity to work across regions and departments and will get exposure to the international senior leadership team.

Initially this is a 1-year fixed contract that has the potential to become a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparationof the International Office G&A budgets and forecasts with the FunctionalG&A leads;

  • Consolidationand reporting of Total International G&A budgets and forecasts. Prepareanalysis on G&A requested by Corporate and coordinate any necessaryadjustments with the region/G&A leads.

  • Monthlyreporting of actuals against forecast and budget for all G&A functions(Finance, Legal, Compliance, Facilities, IT, HR and Corporate affairs)

  • Prepareand conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with functional leaders and answer anyfollow up questions

  • Preparemonth end reclasses and accruals (International Office)

  • Preparetemplates to gather relevant information for forecasts and budget submissions

  • Identify,contribute and, where appropriate, lead on projects to develop new ideas andimplement improvements in financial processes.

  • Sharebest practices across regions. Work closely with the Corporate G&A team onLEs and budget submissions. Align on headcount.

  • MonthlyG&A Headcount reconciliation

  • Ad-hocrequests, projects and analysis

  • Educatedto graduate level or equivalent (2:1 degree)

  • Part - Qualified Accountant. Currently studyingACCA/CIMA.

  • Proven experiencein Accounting or Finance (month end journals, reclasses, reconciliations,monthly reporting
