Based out of our Marlow offices, the Events Manager is a key role within the ISM team with the responsibility of the organisation of all Medical Aesthetics symposia, meetings, scientific congresses and customer events initiated by Allergan. The role is operating in a regulated environment and a key component of the role is to ensure compliance and sector regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Venue sourcing and management of events

  • All aspects of delegate attendance

  • Co-ordination of speakers and meeting content

  • Budget and agency SLA management

  • Working closely with marketing team and agenciesto define event strategies

  • Ensuring all events are inline with overallfranchise strategy and integrated with event activities and communications

  • Management of multiple agencies involved in allaspects of the projects; conduct reviews to maintain alignment on projects viaRFPs.

  • Creation of communication plans for all meetingsand events.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experienceof congress and meeting events management

  • Experiencein the pharmaceutical industry preferable

  • Excellentverbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Experiencein agency management

  • Managerialand entrepreneurial skills
