The Senior Manager Market Research will provide expert support to colleagues within the Aesthetics Strategic Marketing team to help ensure decisions are insight-based and customer focussed. Working across both the inline portfolio of brands and pipeline assets the Senior Manager Market Research will determine key information needs through active participation in the annual planning processes and will flex the research plan as required to accommodate new priorities. They will manage projects and partner agencies from design to delivery stages and ensure research is delivered to high quality standards, compliant with industry codes, on time and budget. The Senior Manager Market Research will also engage affiliates to ensure research reflects local needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Compileand update Primary Market Research (PMR) plan for Aesthetics

  • Deliverplanned PMR projects to timeframes and budget:

  • Maximisingvalue of MR assets


  • Universitydegree or higher in Life Sciences, Economics or Statistics, ideally withsupplementary marketing qualification

  • Extensiveexperience in market research / information in Consumer Healthcare/FMCG company or information provider/consultancy working for this sector

  • Knowledgeand understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies and ofInternational/Global healthcare environments

  • Strongstatistical background with pharmaceutical marketing knowledge desirable

  • Fluent inEnglish (written and oral) plus one other European language preferred

  • Experienceof Healthcare marketing and research covering appropriate customer types(HCPs, payors, patients etc.) and customer dynamics

  • Substantialexperience in market research design and implementation, in depthunderstanding of analytical methods and integrating market data/sources

  • Experienceof client service environment with multi-country and emerging marketsinvolvement across a range of therapy areas and products
