Position Overview

The Associate Director, CoolSculpting, is responsible for developing and leading the strategic communication strategy. Creating a comprehensive customer engagement plan by identifying and aligning subject matter experts to that of CoolSculpting’s professional educational needs. Develops, executes and communicates a KOL engagement plan to senior management and the sales organization. Manages CoolSculpting annual operating plan, beacon contracts, annual KOL mapping research. This person will work closely with internal teams, such as the marketing team and the professional relationship members, as well as external cross functional teams on planning, developing and implementing educational programs during marketing plans, advisory boards and major congress as well as partner with KOLs in preparation for speaking engagements.

The Associate Director will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to strengthen presence in the scientific community and collaborating with R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Publications planning team on strategy execution to bolster the brand’s scientific equity (such as scientific publications and podium presence).

Experience:

  • Five or more years of business experience of which at least half should be in pharmaceutical sales/marketing function

  • Experience in marketing theory, principles, and practices within the health care industry preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • MBA preferred
