Position Overview

Oversees the digital marketing strategy for the Coolsculpting brands, customer relationship marketing (CRM), and Physician-to-Consumer (PTC) marketing initiatives.

  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the branded website.Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the branded website. Oversee content development and approvals for branded CRM communications.

  • Measure and report performance of all web sites and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and implement changes to continuously improve performance.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Facilitate ongoing development and launch of major PTC initiatives including microsites/URL’s, account level CRM, and online traffic drivers including SEM.Brainstorm new technologies and creative growth strategies, and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.

  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.On-going interface with all departments in the organization to promote marketing department’s goals.


  • Minimum of five years+ experience in similar digital marketing role

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices

  • Experience with A/B testing

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, Social Media tools (Facebook and Instagram) and Google

  • Solid computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications

  • Database and additional software knowledge a plus.

  • Must have the ability to travel up to 40%


  • BS/BA or equivalent, preferably in Business or Marketing

  • MBA preferred
